Not necessarily. Medication is one tool among many. We discuss the options, the evidence and your preferences openly, and only start treatment when it is genuinely the right step.
Any previous prescriptions, lab reports, or notes from earlier consultations, and, if you are comfortable, a family member or friend who knows you well. A short timeline of how things have changed is also helpful.

Yes. Supportive therapy and counselling are integrated into care where they help. For specialised long-form psychotherapy, we can also coordinate with trusted therapists.

It depends on the concern. Some difficulties settle within a few weeks of focused care; others, like recurring depression, bipolar disorder or ADHD, benefit from longer-term follow-up. Dr. Simran Doria will share a realistic timeline after the first assessment and revisit it with you as things improve.
Yes. Prescriptions are shared over WhatsApp or email after your consultation, and can be repeated during follow-up reviews. For online consultations, digital prescriptions are provided wherever regulations allow.
