What we collect
If you submit the appointment request form, we collect the name, phone number, and optionally the email address, preferred timing and any notes you choose to share. We do not ask for clinical details, medical records, or identity documents through this website, and we ask that you do not send sensitive medical information through the form.
How we use it
We use the details you submit solely to contact you and arrange an appointment. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or third parties for marketing.
How form submissions are handled
Appointment requests are delivered to the clinic by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and move through the site. This records information such as approximate location, device type and pages viewed. It is not used to identify individual patients, and it is never linked to your clinical care.
Confidentiality of your care
Anything you discuss during a consultation is protected by medical confidentiality and is kept separate from this website. Clinical records are not stored on or accessible through this site.
Retention
Appointment enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a basic record of the request. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to drsimrandoria@gmail.com and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

This site links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Maps and our online booking provider. Once you follow those links, the privacy policy of that service applies rather than ours.
